Choose your reward
Every 5th visit, every 10th, whatever suits you. Write the reward in your own words: a free fill, a complimentary add-on, half off a full set.
What changed
A reward nobody can see does not bring anyone back, so we moved the card out of your dashboard and in front of your clients.
Confirmations can carry their punch card, so they see how close they are the moment they book. You choose: every booking, only when they are within two visits of the reward, or never.
When a client opens their booking details from your email, their stamps are right there, with a gentle nudge to make a free account so they can keep track of their rewards.
An optional band above your footer tells first-time visitors that your regulars get rewarded. It picks up your template colours on its own, and it stays off until you switch it on.
Someone paid cash, or an appointment never got marked complete? Add the visit yourself with one tap. Gave a stamp by mistake? Take it back the same way.
How it works
The program itself works the way it always has. Pick a threshold and a reward, and completed appointments count themselves.
Every 5th visit, every 10th, whatever suits you. Write the reward in your own words: a free fill, a complimentary add-on, half off a full set.
Every completed appointment adds a stamp. No app for your client to download, no card for them to lose, nothing for you to remember.
Anyone who has earned a reward moves to the top of your loyalty list. Hand it over, tap Redeem, and their card starts fresh.
In their inbox
Most clients never create an account anywhere. That is fine. Their card travels in the email they already open.
Your punch card
This visit makes 4 of 5
One more and your next fill is on us.
Where to find it
The punch card itself lives under Customers › Loyalty, along with the new email setting, the hand-stamp buttons, and a searchable list of everyone enrolled, sorted so whoever is closest to a reward sits at the top.
The website band is a switch under Website › Footer visibility, called Loyalty band. It only appears while your program is running, and it is off until you turn it on.
Loyalty rewards are included on every paid plan. If your program is already on, the new surfaces are live for your clients now.
