Coming from Booksy, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Square, Fresha, StyleSeat or Acuity? We move your services, clients and upcoming appointments for you, at no cost, usually the same day. Keep your old platform running until you are ready.

Send us your export.
Email hello@bkrdy.com with the export from your current platform, usually your client list and your service menu. Not sure how to get it? Tell us where you are and we will help.

We move your book.
We bring over your services and prices, your clients and your upcoming appointments, so your regulars and your calendar are already there.

Check it, then switch.
Look it over in your editor, set your hours, policies and Stripe, and share your new link. Cancel your old platform only once you are happy.
What moves
The parts that take hours by hand.
Typing a whole client list into a new app is the worst part of switching. That part is ours.
Your services and prices.
Your menu, rebuilt with the names, lengths and prices you use today. From there you can add photos, buffer times, add-ons and sale prices in your editor.
Your client list.
Your clients come over with the names, phone numbers and emails in your export, so the people who already book with you are in your client book when you open.
Your upcoming appointments.
Bookings already on your books move to your BKRDY calendar with the client, service, date and time, so nothing you have promised gets lost in the switch.
Saved cards stay behind.
Card details saved on your old platform do not move over. On a paid plan, clients can save a card with you again, with their consent, and you can use it for balances.

How much does it cost?
Nothing. The move is free, and we do the work for you: your services, your clients and your upcoming appointments.
How long does it take?
Usually the same day, once we have your export. If your move will take longer, we will tell you up front.
Do I cancel my old platform first?
No. Keep it running until your BKRDY site is set up and you are happy with it. Then cancel whenever you are ready, so there is no gap in bookings.
Will my clients have to sign up for something?
No. Clients book as a guest on your new site, with no account and no password. They will notice a nicer booking page, and that is about it.
What do I set up myself?
Your hours, your policies and your Stripe connection, since those are your calls. The editor walks you through each one, and we are an email away if you get stuck.
