How does a client join the waitlist?
From your booking page. When the day they want is full, they join the waitlist for that service and a range of dates, with an artist if they want one, and get an email confirming it.
Who gets offered the time first?
The client who joined first and fits the opening: the same service, the date inside their range, and the right artist if they asked for one. Each opening goes to one person at a time.
What happens if they don't claim it?
The claim link lasts two hours. After that it stops working and they stay on the waitlist for the next opening. You can also offer the time to another waiting client yourself.
Does the client pay a deposit when they claim?
No. A claimed time is booked without a deposit, and the full price shows as due on the booking. Collect it the way you collect any balance.
Are offers sent by email or text?
By email, from your studio's name. The client gets one email when they join the list and another with the claim link when a time is offered to them.
Is the waitlist on the free plan?
No. The waitlist comes with every paid plan: Solo, Studio and Studio+. Each one starts with a 7-day trial, card required.
