Where does the introduction show?
In one band right under your header, in every template. It isn’t a tab of its own, so clients see it as soon as they land.
Can I show more than one block?
No. The introduction shows one block at a time, which keeps the top of your site clear. Switch to a different block whenever you like.
Is it on the Free plan?
Not on its own. It’s on Solo, Studio and Studio+, and Free sites can add it with the $5.99 a month design add-on, which also opens every template and the announcement bar.
How does the welcome offer work?
You pick one of your active coupons and the banner shows its code. Clients enter it when they book. Coupons come with paid plans, so the welcome offer needs Solo or up.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. Choose Off and the band leaves your site. What you wrote for each block stays saved for next time.
