No. Every account starts on the Free plan, with no card and no time limit. A card only comes in when you pick a paid plan, which starts with 7 days free. If you cancel later, your site stays live on Free.
No. Payments go to your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard US rate, 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment, and BKRDY adds nothing on top.
Same plan, lower rate, billed once a year: Solo is $216 ($18 a month), Studio $348 ($29 a month) and Studio+ $564 ($47 a month). You can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like.
These are founding-member prices. Your rate stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active, even when prices rise for new customers.
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next billing date. Your site, services and clients stay as they are.
Not yet. Payments run on Stripe US, so BKRDY is for US businesses for now. More countries are on the roadmap.
