Questions
No. Every account starts on the Free plan: $0 forever, no card required, and your booking site is fully live. When you upgrade to a paid plan, billing starts at checkout and the features unlock immediately. You can cancel any time from your dashboard and your site stays up on Free.
BKRDY doesn’t take any. You pay Stripe’s standard rate (2.9% + 30¢ in the US) and that’s it. Deposits and full payments go straight to your Stripe account.
Annual billing is the same plan at two months free: Solo drops to $12.50/mo, Studio to $24/mo. You’re billed once a year and can switch back to monthly whenever.
These are early-access founding-member prices. Lock in your rate now and it stays put for as long as your subscription stays active, even as we add features and raise prices for new customers.
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at your next billing date. Your site, services, and clients stay exactly as they are.
Right now, yes. Payments are Stripe US and the booking flow assumes US business hours. International expansion is on the roadmap.
