Can you move my Acuity clients and appointments?
Yes, for free. We move your services, clients and upcoming appointments for you, usually the same day, so your booked clients keep their times while you switch.
Can I see BKRDY bookings in my own calendar?
Yes. Subscribe to your private, read-only calendar feed in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Busy times in those calendars do not block your booking slots, so block time in BKRDY.
Can clients cancel or reschedule themselves?
Yes. Clients cancel or reschedule from the link in their confirmation email, inside the windows you set. You can cap reschedules and add a late grace period.
Which payment processor does BKRDY use?
Stripe. Payments go to your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢, and BKRDY takes 0%. Acuity connects to Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo instead.
