Intake on file
Pre-visit intake form captures allergies, prior reactions, current medications, and any contraindications. Notes save to the client profile, so you do not re-ask at every visit. New-client intake auto-includes consent language and patch-test acknowledgments where you need them.
Series + packages
A six-session chemical peel package paid up front, with each visit drawn from the package. Series fields show remaining sessions on the client profile, so you and the client are always on the same page. Packages can mix services, so a brow lamination and lash lift package books as one purchase, two appointments.
Right-sized deposits
A 90-minute custom facial deserves a deposit. Set a flat amount, a percentage, or a per-hour rate. The deposit becomes credit toward the appointment, so it never feels punitive, but a no-show on a long booking hurts much less. Returning clients can skip the deposit if you set the rule that way.
Pre-visit reminders
A facial reminder that says "no retinol 48 hours before" lands better than a generic "see you tomorrow." Pre-visit prep instructions go out automatically with the appointment reminder, by email (SMS text reminders coming soon), 24 hours and 2 hours before. Aftercare instructions auto-send after the visit, with rebook reminders timed to the service cycle.

We import your services, hours, client list, and treatment notes where the export allows. Usually the same day, free, included on every plan. You keep your standing series and your client history, so the first month feels seamless instead of like starting over.

You can require an intake question to be answered yes (e.g. patch test completed) before the booking holds. If the answer is no, the booking flow surfaces the patch-test option first.
