Templates

Three templates that fit skin studio work.

Designed booking websites, each with a different mood. Same booking engine underneath. Pick the one that matches the room.

Designed first

A website that reads "skin studio"

Three templates built around how a skin studio actually feels. Opaline is pearl, marble, and muted champagne. Lush Studio is cream with handwritten script and sage. Petale is blush and rose with gold flourishes. Pick the mood that matches the treatment room, the booking is already wired in.

Intake on file

Allergies, contraindications, and history saved cleanly

Pre-visit intake form captures allergies, prior reactions, current medications, and any contraindications. Notes save to the client profile, so you do not re-ask at every visit. New-client intake auto-includes consent language and patch-test acknowledgments where you need them.

Series + packages

Pre-paid courses and treatment packages

A six-session chemical peel package paid up front, with each visit drawn from the package. Series fields show remaining sessions on the client profile, so you and the client are always on the same page. Packages can mix services, so a brow lamination and lash lift package books as one purchase, two appointments.

Right-sized deposits

Deposits that fit hour-plus services

A 90-minute custom facial deserves a deposit. Set a flat amount, a percentage, or a per-hour rate. The deposit becomes credit toward the appointment, so it never feels punitive, but a no-show on a long booking hurts much less. Returning clients can skip the deposit if you set the rule that way.

Pre-visit reminders

Reminders that include the prep

A facial reminder that says "no retinol 48 hours before" lands better than a generic "see you tomorrow." Pre-visit prep instructions go out automatically with the appointment reminder, by email (SMS text reminders coming soon), 24 hours and 2 hours before. Aftercare instructions auto-send after the visit, with rebook reminders timed to the service cycle.

No-cost migration

Free migration from Acuity, GlossGenius, or Square

We import your services, hours, client list, and treatment notes where the export allows. Usually the same day, free, included on every plan. You keep your standing series and your client history, so the first month feels seamless instead of like starting over.

Plan that fits

Most estheticians start on Solo.

Solo facialists and skincare studios. Full booking flow, intake, deposits, and reminders built in. $15 per month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.

Need more? Studio ($29/mo) a multi-practitioner skin studio. per-staff calendars and separate stripe payouts.

Switching platforms

We move you over. Free.

Coming from Acuity, Square, Vagaro, Booksy, GlossGenius, or anywhere else. We rebuild your services and import your client list. Usually the same day, free, included on every plan. Keep your standing appointments, your phone numbers, your everything.

Questions

The short answers for estheticians.

Can clients sign consent forms before they arrive?

Yes. Intake form supports consent language and acknowledgments. Signed forms save to the client profile so you have them for the visit.

How do series packages work?

A client buys a package up front and each session draws down from the balance. Remaining sessions show on the client profile and on their confirmation emails.

Can I require a patch test before certain services?

You can require an intake question to be answered yes (e.g. patch test completed) before the booking holds. If the answer is no, the booking flow surfaces the patch-test option first.

Does the site handle treatment notes?

Yes. Treatment notes save to the client profile per visit, with custom fields you define (product used, observations, follow-up dates).

What about gift cards?

Gift cards ship in late 2026. For now, the booking flow handles services, packages, deposits, and pre-paid series.

Can I sell skincare product through the site?

A basic product catalog ships in late 2026. For now, gallery photos can link out to wherever you sell retail.

Can two practitioners share the studio?

Yes. On Studio plan, each practitioner has their own calendar, services, and Stripe payouts.

How long does setup take?

Most estheticians are live in 20 minutes. Migration from Acuity, Square, or GlossGenius usually finishes the same day, free.
