Can I require a patch test before booking?
You can add a patch test question to the booking form and mark it required, so a client cannot book without answering it. You see the answer before the visit. BKRDY does not verify the test itself.
Do reminders go by text or email?
Both. Email confirmations and reminders are on every plan, and text reminders are unlimited on every paid plan. Clients can cancel or reschedule from their email, inside the windows you set.
Can I sell my retail skincare?
Yes. Add your retail products to your Shop. Clients reserve them online and pick them up from you, so there is nothing to ship.
