Can each artist have their own hours?
Yes. Each artist gets their own weekly hours, and clients only see openings for the artist they pick. On Studio and Studio+, every artist also gets a login to see their own schedule.
How do I take a day off or change one day?
Mark time off for the dates you're away and clients can't book them. To change a single day, open that date in Availability and set different hours or close it, without touching your usual week.
Can two clients book the same time?
No. Every booking is checked against the calendar as it's made, so a time that's taken is gone for everyone else. Buffers before and after a service keep your cleanup time free too.
Can I limit how many bookings I take in a day?
Yes. Set a daily limit for the studio and the calendar stops offering times once it's reached. You also set how much notice you need and how far ahead clients can book.
Can I release dates in drops?
Yes. Keep the books open a set number of weeks ahead, or release new dates on a schedule or in drops when you're ready. Clients can only book what you've opened.
How do I move a booking?
Open it on the calendar, pick a new date or time, and save. The client gets an email with the new time automatically, and the old slot opens back up.
