What kinds of questions can I ask?
Short answer, long answer, a dropdown with your own options, a checkbox for agreement or consent, and on paid plans a photo upload. Any question can be required or optional.
Can different services ask different questions?
Yes. Each question shows on every booking or only on the services you pick, so a consultation can ask more than a quick touch-up does.
Can clients upload photos?
Yes, on Solo, Studio and Studio+. Add a photo question and clients attach an image, like an inspiration pic or their current hair or nails. On Free, questions are text, dropdowns and checkboxes.
Where do the answers go?
On the booking itself. Open the appointment from your calendar to read them. Answers are kept as they were given, even if you edit or delete the question later.
Is this the same as my policy agreement?
No, that's separate. Your policies show on your site with an “I agree” box at booking, which you turn on in Settings. Booking questions cover everything else you need to know.
