Each chair gets its own calendar. Every barber sets their own hours, services, and policies, and only sees their own bookings. Clients pick the barber they want when they book. No double-bookings, no calls about who is working today. If someone calls out, you re-route to another chair in two taps.
Deposits that hold
Stripe-backed deposits at booking time. Your cancellation window, late-cancel fee, and no-show fee all enforced on the booking flow, not on a paper sign at the door. The clients who showed up have already paid for the chair. Solo barbers tend to see no-show rates cut roughly in half in the first month.
Walk-ins, your way
A live waitlist clients can join from their phone. Cancellations auto-fill from the list. Last-minute openings post to your booking link, and the waitlist gets notified by email so a slot fills fast (SMS alerts coming soon). Set the radius and the time window, and the rest runs on its own.
Gallery built in
Show your work where it matters. The gallery loads fast on mobile, supports before-and-after toggles for fades and beard sculpts, and links each photo back to the matching service in your menu. A client who taps a fade they like lands on the booking flow for that exact cut.

No. Stripe handles checkout for deposits and tips on every booking. If you sell product, you can add a basic catalog with quick-add buttons. Card-present tap-to-pay through your phone is on the roadmap.
Yes. On Studio plan and up, each barber gets their own login, sets their own hours and services, and only sees their own calendar.
Each booth renter can run their own setup inside the shop’s site, with their own deposits and payouts going straight to their own Stripe account.
Yes. Clients pick the barber first, then see only that person’s services and openings. If they don’t care, "any barber" lets the system pick the next opening.
Just don’t enable the waitlist. The booking flow only shows scheduled openings, and same-day slots are off by default.
