Can I hide a review I don't like?
No. Published reviews stay up, which keeps your page honest. You can add a public reply, and a fake or abusive review can be reported to us for removal.
Does it send clients to Google?
No. BKRDY collects reviews on your own booking site. There is no Google review link or Google integration.
Do clients need an account to leave a review?
No. The link in the email opens the review page directly, with no login. Clients with a free client account can also review a finished visit from there.
Does the Free plan get reviews?
Yes. The Reviews section and private feedback work on every plan. Automatic review requests after each visit are on Solo, Studio and Studio+, and on Free, clients can review a finished visit from their client account.
