Per-stylist calendars
Each stylist sets their own hours, services, and policies, and only sees their own calendar. Clients pick the stylist they want when they book. Commission tracking shows what each stylist earned per appointment, with separate Stripe payouts when you want them.
Trade-true durations
A balayage takes 3 hours. A buzz cut takes 20 minutes. A keratin treatment takes 90 minutes plus a 30-minute development. Every service has its own real duration, with processing time and buffer built in. Clients see real openings, not estimated ones, so two stylists are not waiting on the same color station at the same time.
Deposits + cancellation rules
A 3-hour color session lost to a no-show is rent. Deposits sized per service, with cancellation rules enforced on the booking flow. Late-cancel and no-show fees charged automatically to the card on file. Most salons see no-show rates drop 40-60% in the first month on BKRDY.
Recurring appointments
Clients on a 4-week cycle book once, and the next 12 appointments roll forward automatically. Color cycle, root touch-up, fill schedules all built into the booking flow as recurring options. Clients can change cadence themselves, you keep control of late changes outside your cancellation window.

Questions
Yes. Each stylist has their own services, prices, and Stripe account (Studio plan and up). Commission tracking shows what each stylist earned per appointment.
Services can include a processing block in the middle (e.g. 30 minutes of color, 45 minutes processing, 30 minutes finish). The stylist is free during the processing block to start another service or take a break.
Yes. Each stylist can mark themselves "available during processing" and the calendar will book a second service during that block, with rules to prevent over-booking.
Yes. The booking flow lets clients pick stylist first, then service. Or service first, then stylist. Or "any stylist." Whatever you want as the default.
Block their calendar for the leave period. Existing bookings can be reassigned to another stylist or kept on hold. Their client list stays with the salon, not the stylist (by default, can be configured).
Gift cards ship in late 2026. For now, the booking flow handles services, deposits, tips, and recurring appointments.
Yes. "Any stylist" lets the system show the soonest opening across all qualified stylists.
A multi-stylist salon is usually live in under an hour, all services + stylists + hours + policies set up. Migration from Vagaro, Square, or Booksy usually finishes same day, free.
