Name your business.
Tell us your business name and what kind of studio you run, then pick the services you offer. Prices and lengths can be fine-tuned later.

Pick your address and template.
Choose your web address, like yourname.bkrdy.me, and the template your site starts in. Free picks from four templates, paid plans from all fifteen.

Pick a plan.
Free is $0 forever and needs no card. Solo, Studio and Studio+ start with a 7-day trial, and a card is needed to begin it.

Set it up the way you work.
Your editor keeps a short setup list, so you always know what is next.

Add your services.
Give each service its length, price, photo and any buffer time before or after. Add extras clients can pick, and with a team, choose which artist does what.

Set your hours.
Lay out your usual week, add time off and change single days. Decide how far ahead clients can book, or release dates in drops.

Write your policies.
Cancellation and reschedule windows, a late grace period and whatever clients should know before they come in. They show on your site, with an "I agree" box at booking if you want one.

Connect Stripe.
Connect your own Stripe account and set your deposit, a flat amount or a percent of the price. Payments go to your bank through Stripe, and BKRDY takes 0% commission.

Share your link.
Book yourself once to see exactly what a client sees. Then put your link in your bio and anywhere clients already find you.

What happens while you work.
Clients book any hour.
Clients pick a service, an artist and a time, answer your questions and pay a deposit if you take one. There is no account and no password: they book as a guest, day or night.
Reminders go out for you.
Every booking gets an email confirmation with an add-to-calendar link, and a reminder before the visit. On paid plans, clients can get text reminders too, with no limit on how many.
Changes stay inside your rules.
Clients cancel or reschedule from the link in their email, only inside the windows you set. Bookings confirm on their own, or wait for you to approve each request.
Your day in one view.
The calendar shows every artist side by side in day, week or list view, with requests waiting on you. Bookings can also show up in your Google Calendar.

Do I need a card to start?
Not for Free. It is $0 forever with no card. Solo, Studio and Studio+ start with a 7-day trial, and the trial needs a card.
Does BKRDY take a cut of my bookings?
No. BKRDY takes 0% commission. Payments go through your own Stripe account, and Stripe's standard card fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents is the only fee on each payment.
Can I change my template later?
Yes. Switching templates keeps your services, clients and bookings. Every template has the same twelve sections in its own style, so your content comes with you.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients book as a guest. If they want one, a free client account keeps their bookings, receipts and profile in one place.
I'm on another booking app. Can you move me?
Yes, for free. We move your services, clients and upcoming appointments from Booksy, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Square, Fresha, StyleSeat or Acuity, usually the same day.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Every BKRDY site lives at yourname.bkrdy.me today, a short link made for your bio and your texts. If your own domain matters to you, tell us at hello@bkrdy.com.
