BKRDY books your practitioners, not rooms. Each person has a calendar, and buffer time before and after a service covers turnover. If you have fewer rooms than practitioners, stagger their hours to match.
Yes. Set one deposit rule, a flat amount or a percent of the price, and every booking asks for it. With a percent, a 3 hour package asks for more than a 30 minute facial. It goes to your own Stripe account, and BKRDY takes 0% commission.
Email confirmations and reminders go out on every plan. Paid plans add unlimited text reminders, and they keep a card on file so you can charge a late cancellation fee.
Studio covers up to six staff and Studio+ up to twelve. Each person gets their own login and sees their own schedule, and every artist sits side by side on your calendar.
Gift cards, coupons and loyalty punch cards come with paid plans. The Shop lets clients reserve products and pick them up at the spa, so it suits a small retail shelf, not a full online store.
