Do clients need an account to book?
No. Clients book as guests and manage the booking from the link in their confirmation email. The client account is optional, and free for them.
Does BKRDY send win-back messages to inactive clients?
No. There are no automatic win-back emails or texts. The Inactive segment shows who has not been in for 90 days or more, and you choose who to reach out to and how.
Can I export my client list?
Yes. Download your clients as a CSV file from your account settings whenever you want. Your list belongs to you, not to us.
Can you move my clients from another booking app?
Yes, for free. We move your services, clients and upcoming appointments from Booksy, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Square, Fresha, StyleSeat or Acuity, usually the same day.
Can I add a client who never booked online?
Yes. Add a client by hand with their name, email and phone, then book them in from your calendar. Their record fills in from there.
What is on the Free plan?
Most of it. History, notes, preferences, VIP, birthdays, segments and client accounts work on every plan. Tags and saving a card on file are on Solo, Studio and Studio+.
