Booking emails
The card travels with them.
Confirmation emails show the client's punch card: on every booking, only when they are within two visits of a reward, or never. It shows on their manage-booking page too.
Your site
Tell new clients up front.
An optional band above your site's footer tells visitors that every 6th visit, or whatever you chose, is on you. It stays off until you turn it on, and shows only while your program runs.

Do clients need an app or a paper card?
No. Their card shows in their booking emails and on their booking page. Clients with a free client account can also check their progress there.
What counts as a visit?
Any appointment marked completed. Cancellations and no-shows do not count. You can add or remove a stamp by hand for anything that happened outside BKRDY.
Is the reward applied on its own?
No. You give the reward at the visit and tap Redeem, which uses up one reward. Nothing is discounted automatically at booking.
Can I run points, tiers or memberships instead?
No. Loyalty in BKRDY is a visit-based punch card: a set number of completed visits earns one reward. There are no points, tiers or memberships.
Which plans include loyalty?
Solo, Studio and Studio+. Loyalty punch cards are not on the Free plan, along with gift cards, coupons and the Content studio.
