The feed is read-only. New bookings, moves and cancellations show up when your calendar refreshes, but busy times in your personal calendar don't block booking slots. Block that time in BKRDY instead.
Private
Your link, yours to reset.
Only someone with the link can see the feed. Reset it anytime and the old link stops working at once, so any calendar still using it has to subscribe again.

Clients can subscribe as well.
Every confirmation email has an add-to-calendar link. Clients with a free client account can also subscribe to their own bookings, so their calendar keeps up when a visit moves.

Copy your link.
Open Settings, then Integrations, and copy your private calendar feed link. It covers every booking in your studio.

Add it to your calendar.
In Google Calendar, add a calendar from URL. In Apple Calendar or Outlook, subscribe to it. Paste the link and save.

Bookings show up.
Your bookings sit beside your own events and update each time your calendar app refreshes the feed. Block personal time in BKRDY.

Is it two-way sync?
No. Sync is one-way: your BKRDY bookings show up in your calendar, but events in Google, Apple or Outlook don't block booking slots. To keep a time free, block it in BKRDY or mark it as time off.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Yes. In Google Calendar, add a calendar from URL and paste your feed link, and bookings, moves and cancellations show up there. Busy times in Google don't flow back, so they won't stop clients booking.
What about Apple Calendar and Outlook?
Both subscribe to the same private, read-only feed link, on a Mac, an iPhone or in Outlook. Changes show up whenever the app refreshes the feed, which each app does on its own schedule.
Will clients see my personal events?
No. Nothing from your personal calendar comes into BKRDY, so clients only ever see the openings your BKRDY hours and bookings allow.
Does each artist get their own feed?
The feed carries every booking in your studio, for every artist. On Studio and Studio+, each artist also has their own login to see their own schedule in BKRDY.
Is calendar sync on the free plan?
Yes. The calendar feed is on every plan, including Free, and so is the add-to-calendar link in every confirmation email.
