Do my clients need an app or an account?
No. Clients book as guests from your site in any browser. If they want, they can make a free client account to see their bookings, receipts and profile in one place.
Can clients cancel or reschedule on their own?
Yes. The link in their confirmation and reminder emails lets them cancel or pick a new time, inside the cancellation and reschedule windows you set. You can also cap how many times one booking can be moved.
Can I approve bookings before they're confirmed?
Yes. Auto-confirm every booking, or review each request first and confirm or decline it from your calendar. The client gets an email either way.
Can I take deposits?
Yes, on every plan. Set one deposit rule, a flat amount or a percent of the price, and let clients pay in full if they want. It is paid on your own Stripe account. BKRDY takes 0% commission, and Stripe's standard card fee of 2.9% + 30c applies.
Can I stop the same client booking twice in a day?
Yes. Turn on the limit of one booking per client per day in your booking settings. You also set how much notice you need and how far ahead clients can book.
Is online booking on the free plan?
Yes. Online booking, email confirmations and reminders, deposits and self-serve changes are all on Free. Text reminders, card on file and late cancellation fees come with the paid plans.
